Such a great place for a quick lunch! I love the old school vibe of the eatery as soon as you walk in. Mismatched chairs line the wall give it a really homey feel. Their southern sweet tea is so refreshing and surprisingly not too sweet despite the name. Ordered the 1/2 BET sandwich and soup and it was so delicious! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Hopkins makes a seriously good lunch. We frequently get their sandwiches and salads. Even if there is a line at lunch, it moves fast and is worth the wait. Their mint tea is a well-known favorite and the dessert bars on the counter are not to be overlooked!

This was my first time here. Earlier today, my coworker came back to work with a salad and suggested that I try you guys out. I ended up trying the Walnut salad. It was good. The next time I try it, I may try a different dressing. The balsamic vinegar overpowers it a little but but I ate the whole thing. The customer service was extremely pleasant!! The young guy at the front desk was extremely polite and courteous. There were 2 older women up front giving out the orders. They were working very hard. Thank you for a very pleasant first time, I will try a sandwich next time.

This is my new go-to restaurant for a good salad. The portion is big and it comes flavorful and fresh. I am so in love with their food. House sandwich: 4/5 Italian melody soup: 5/5 Chef salad add bacon with ranch: 10/5

Hopkins has been around forever in various locations. Food at this location has always been excellent, staff friendly and dining area clean. Wish they would be open on Sundays.

Hopkins Eatery holds a special place in my heart, as it has been a part of my life since my days as an FSU student. The menu at Hopkins Eatery is wide and varied, offering something for everyone. But let's talk about the salads - they are an absolute winner! The Black Bean Grilled Chicken salad, with its flavorful feta, juicy tomatoes, and the delightful balsamic vinaigrette, never fails to satisfy my taste buds. My dinner companion was equally thrilled with the Cashew Chicken salad plate - a delightful treat in every way. Vegetarians will find themselves spoiled for choice, as Hopkins Eatery has an array of delicious options just for them. I must say, each visit to this local Tallahassee spot has been nothing short of delightful. Not only is the food consistently delicious, but the warm ambiance and friendly staff add to the overall experience. Hopkins Eatery has been a witness to many great memories in my life, and I'm sure it has done the same for many others. It's a place where the past meets the present, and every visit feels like a reunion with an old friend.
